Food, Housing and Studios

Our facilities, located at 215 Upper Main Street, Edgartown, include three state-of-the-art studios which are each approximately 1900 square feet and are equipped with American Harlequin flooring.

All students are housed in a beautiful fully air conditioned house (26 Curtis Lane) adjacent to the studios.  Student rooms are located on the second and third floors of the house.  Each room has two or three double beds, a closet and/or dresser, and a full bathroom.  Pillows, blankets, bedding and towels are available, but you may bring your own, if you like. There will be two or three students in each room.  Oldest students are housed on the upper floors of the faculty house. Please no room mate requests, students will be assigned to rooms by the Program Directors.

Students are responsible for their own meals.  There is a full kitchen on the ground floor of the house.  Students will have plenty of storage space in pantries, commercial sized refrigerators, and freezers for personal food items.  There is a large grocery store within walking distance, as well as many small inexpensive restaurants.  We suggest you budget $40 a day for food.  Obviously, the more you cook at the facility, the less expensive it will be.

Laundry facilities are located in the student house free of charge.  Students only need detergent which can be purchased on island.
